We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and arrange your consultation
• Recommend suitable hospitals and packages for your situation
• Coordinate bookings with partner hospitals on your behalf

We will only send you marketing communications where you have contacted us or shown interest in our services, and you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Sensitive and health-related information

Because of the nature of our service, you may choose to share health-related information with us. We treat this information with particular care. We only use it to help coordinate your health check and recommend appropriate options, and we only share it with a partner hospital with your knowledge in order to arrange your booking. We are not a medical provider and do not create or hold formal medical records.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• With partner hospitals, where necessary to coordinate your booking and only with your knowledge
• With trusted service providers that help us operate, such as our email, scheduling, and form tools — who process information on our behalf and are bound to protect it
• Where required by law

International transfers

Because our service involves coordinating healthcare in China, some information you provide may be shared with partner hospitals located in the People's Republic of China in order to arrange your booking. We share only what is necessary for that purpose, and only with your knowledge.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Request that we correct or update your information
• Request that we delete your information
• Withdraw your consent and opt out of communications at any time
